On Thursday several sources are reporting that Pam Bondi is on her way out of the Department of Justice.
Trump has reportedly informed Bondi that she will soon be removed from her position. According to the White House source, Trump still likes Bondi and wants to “help her along” on her way under the Trump bus.
Sources also confirmed to Politico on Thursday morning the story after the New York Times reported Trump was considering removing her over her botched handling of the Epstein files.
Trump has also been frustrated with Bondi’s inability to successfully prosecute several of Trump’s perceived political enemies.
Lee Zeldin, administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, is on the shortlist to replace Bondi, three sources familiar with the matter told MS NOW.
