In an early morning ‘Truth’ Social rant, TFG warned of ‘potential death and destruction’ if “he is charged in Manhattan in a criminal case related to alleged hush-money payments to adult-film actress Stormy Daniels to conceal an affair.”
In a different post he made on Thursday, TFG posted a photo of him holding a baseball bat next to a photo of DA Bragg.
He also made terroristic threats against three other prosecutors, Letitia James, Jack Smith, Fani Willi and criticized those who have called for his supporters to remain peaceful.
On Saturday, TFG will hold a rally in Waco, Texas, during “the middle of the 30th anniversary of the weeks long standoff involving federal agents and followers of Mr. Koresh that left 82 Branch Davidians and four agents dead at Mount Carmel, the group’s compound east of the city.”
In July of 2019, Judge Amy Berman Jackson barred TFG’s “longtime informal adviser, Roger Stone, from posting on Instagram or other social media platforms through the end of his trial.” Former federal prosecutor Andrew Weissmann, who served on special counsel Bob Mueller’s team, compared the post to a photo longtime Trump adviser Roger Stone posted of a judge overseeing his Mueller probe trial in crosshairs while he was on bail. Weissman tweeted that a judge may need to impose a similar gag order on Trump as the judge did in Stone’s case after the post.
