The White House released a report on Sunday based on the results of Trump’s physical examination at Walter Reed, and it was mostly good news for Trump fans, with one tiny exception.
While his White House physician, Dr. Sean Barbabella, says that Trump is in “robust cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function,” the report noted that one small abnormality was observed of his right ear, “scaring” (SIC) from a gunshot wound.

Other than this interesting finding Dr. Barbabella reports that “President Trump exhibits excellent cognitive and physical health and is fully fit to execute the duties of the Commander-in-Chief and Health of State,” Barbabella concludes.
The report also praised for his “frequent victories in golf events” and his active lifestyle.

The report states that Trump is 75 inches tall and weighs 224 pounds. His scans all came back normal, and is recommended for a follow-up colonoscopy in three years after it was revealed he had a benign polyp and diverticulitis, discovered in July 2024.
Trump also takes prescriptions for cholesterol, a cardiac prevention medicine, and a cream to use as needed for “a skin condition.” He also has has had bilateral cataract surgery.
Oh, and he aced that Montreal Cognitive Assessment, with a 30 out of 30 score.
***In 2015, Trump’s campaign released a letter from Dr. Harold Bornstein reporting he’s in “extraordinary health.” But Bornstein later told CNN in 2018 that Trump “dictated that whole letter.”
