It appears, House Republicans are very, very upset with Rep. Adam Schiff. They will hold a vote today or this evening to censure him because they take issue with his handlings of the impeachment investigation.

In an interview with “Axios on HBO,” Sen. Lindsey Graham, one of President Trump’s most vital allies on Capitol Hill, opened the door to changing his mind on impeachment if there turns out to be what he considers a quid pro quo.

- Thursday: Alexander Vindman, the National Security Council’s director for European affairs, and Laura Cooper, a deputy assistant secretary of Defense.
- Friday: Suriya Jayanti, a Foreign Service officer in Kyiv and Tim Morrison, the NSC’s senior director for Russia and Europe.
