Major League Baseball commissioner Rob Manfred said Wednesday the League is looking into deleted tweets posted by umpire Rob Drake.
Drake claimed he would purchase an AR-15 and prepare for a Civil War if Trump gets impeached. He also posted a wing nut talking point about hearing held in secrecy without a vote.
Drake deactivated his account Wednesday. He did not return phone and text messages.
Joe West, the president of the Major League Baseball Umpires Association, declined comment when reached by phone.
