All the President’s debt: Trump Campaign owes US cities over 1 million dollars

Trump has always had a reputation for not paying his vendors, contractors, or whomever does business with him. But, he owes numerous US cities, including Washington D.C, for his ‘bigly’ inauguration event, over a million dollars.

Good luck collecting from his campaign that is raking in the cash because unfortunately, the cities Trump needs to reimburse didn’t “sign any contracts for additional police officer. They don’t have binding agreements to recoup the costs.” It appears that We the People will have to pay off his debt, once again.

As The Washington Post points out:

Earlier this week, the Republican Party celebrated having raised more than $300 million through the first three quarters of 2019. Reimbursing these cities for the costs they incurred from Trump’s rallies, then, would eat up a little more than a day’s average fundraising.

Don’t expect that to happen.

Who will be Trump' running mate?
