DATELINE: DETROIT Michigan
Investigators say the women, who live across the street from each other, were exchanging words when the 71-year-old allegedly struck the 55-year-old with an object. The younger woman fired a shot striking the older woman, who returned fire striking the younger woman.
Both women were transported to the hospital. The 71-year-old woman is in critical condition and the 55-year-old woman is in temporary-serious condition.
- Both women have a Concealed Pistol License. (CPL)
- It’s unknown what they were angry about.
- The investigation continues.
