Just as states like Oklahoma and Iowa passed anti-riot bills granting immunity to drivers whose vehicles strike and injure protesters in public streets….a report has immerged of a semi truck driving through a crowd celebrating Derek Chauvin’s conviction.
The footage, originally posted on twitter, is from the down town area of Minneapolis.
The driver is clearly annoyed that his path of travel is blocked due to the gathering. He is quickly surrounded in response to his aggression.
Had this occurred in either of the above mentioned states…he may have been able to run people over and claim protection under the new bills.
This is the type of behavior republicans approve of.
