The majority of the GQP still ‘think’ the Former Guy won the 2020 election

More than six months after the 2020 election, 53% of Republicans still ‘think’ the Former Guy won the 2020 U.S. presidential election and blame his loss to Joe Biden on illegal voting, according to a new Reuters/Ipsos opinion poll. Unfortunately, 3% of Democrats and 25% of all Americans appear just as mentally challenged and believe the same nonsense. The same poll found that only about 29% of Republicans believe the Former Guy should share some of the blame for his supporters’ Jan. 6 deadly riot at the U.S. Capitol.

President Biden won by more than seven million votes. Dozens of courts rejected Trump’s challenges to the results, but the Former Guy and his wing nut supporters have persisted in pushing baseless conspiracy theories on conservative news outlets.

Who will be Trump' running mate?
