According to Chelsee Yee and Sam Spangler reporting for KHON2, Chloe Mrozak, a 24-year-old woman from Illinois, allegedly used a fake Covid-19 vaccination card in an attempt to bypass Hawaii’s mandatory 10-day quarantine for unvaccinated travelers. What was one of the tip-offs that the vaccination card was fake? Apparently, the card said that Mrozak had received the ‘Maderna’ vaccine instead of the Moderna vaccine.
Tom George, an anchor (the TV kind and not the boat kind) and reporter for KITV4 ABC in Hawaii, tweeted out an image of the Covid-19 Vaccination Record Card:
Based on the image, it does look like she received her second “Maderna” vaccination in “Delawaru,” which is not next to “Marylandu,” from the “NRA,” which is not known for giving those kinds of shots. . . . . “She has been charged with allegedly falsifying vaccination documents.”
