Judge Rules Marjorie Taylor Greene Is Qualified to Run for Reelection

State Administrative Law Judge Charles Beaudrot ruled on Friday that Rep Perjorie Marjorie Taylor Greene can run for reelection, rejecting the arguments of a group of voters who challenged her eligibility alleging she engaged in an insurrection.

State law says that the judge must submit his findings to Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who ultimately gets to decide whether Greene should be removed from the ballot.
