The Daily Santos: Old Wiki Biography Posts Confirm Congressman Was a Drag Queen and Won Beauty Pageants

George Santos’s latest revelations stem from a Wikipedia user biography that claims to be him — or his alias Anthony Devolder — confirming he was a drag performer in Brazil about a dozen years ago despite his recent denials.

An account user named Anthony Devolder claims he worked as a drag queen from age 17 and won several gay beauty pageants.

The Santos alias wrote that he “startted [sp] his ‘stage’ life at age 17 as an gay night club [sp] DRAG QUEEN and with that won sevral [sp] GAY ‘BEAUTY PAGENTS [sp].’”

The account was created on April 29, 2011, and hasn’t been updated since, but the birthday of the account holder is the same as Santos — July 22, 1988.

The biography claims the user had quite a fantastic career in show business.

  • Anthony Devolder claims he was discovered by a Hollywood producer “known for producing INDEPENDENTS DAY BY STEVEN SPILBERG.” (The 1996 movie Independence Day was directed by Roland Emmerich, not Steven Spielberg.)
  • He then claimed to have appeared on Hannah Montana, which was spelled as “Hanna Montana,” as well as The Suite Life of Zack & Cody
  • The Wiki bio also claimed he “taped his very first movie startting [sp] Uma Turman, [sp] Chris Odanald, [sp] Melllisa George, [sp] and Alicia Silver Stone [sp] in the movie “THE INVASION.” (“The Invasion” is a 2007 sci-fi/thriller with roots in the “Body Snatchers” storyline and stars Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig.)
