Governor Brian Kemp Says Special Session to Oust DA Fani Willis Will Not Happen

In a Thursday morning news conference, Georgia Governor Brian Kemp not only said that legislative calls for a special session to remove District Attorney Fani Willis from the RICO investigation would be unfeasible, but he also said it would likely be unconstitutional.

Kemp stated that he not seen any evidence that warrants any action by the prosecuting attorneys oversight commission.

Kemp’s remarks follow a letter from Georgia’s Speaker of the House who sternly rebuked certain Georgia GOP legislators’ fantasy to impeach Fani Willis.

Georgia State Senator Colton Moore has been pushing for:

  • Defunding Fani Willis
  • Impeaching Fani Willis
  • Civil War

The twice-impeached, four-time indicted, convicted rapist and former president thanked the people of Georgia for putting up with crap.
