Former Trump attorney Kenneth Chesebro has agreed to plead guilty to state charges in Georgia this afternoon.
Chesebro’s plea comes one day after his co-defendant Sidney Powell plead guilty to criminal charges and was sentenced to several years of probation.
Jury selection in what was expected to be a several month long trial for Chesebro began today, and instead of moving forward, it looks like Chesebro will plead guilty to avoid a lengthy trial and harsher punishment.
