Finally! SCOTUS is scheduled at 10:00am to hear arguments against Trump’s claims of immunity, as the DOJ’s case claiming he tried to overturn the 2020 election has been on ice.
Instead of taking up the case in an expedited way, the High Court (including Clarence Thomas) decided to weigh in after a lower court destroyed Trump’s claims of blanket immunity as president.
The arguments are expected to last at least two hours or more.
