When Elon Musk invited Donald Trump onto “X” for a fascist-friendly streaming interview, it was dubbed by Elon as a “conversation.”
But the online shitshow interview went mostly off the rails, with a multitude of technical and human glitches.
An initial delay of 40 minutes before the interview started was blamed by Elon on a cyberattack, called a distributed denial-of-service attack, or DDOS, in which a server or network is flooded with traffic in an attempt to shut it down, though his claim could not be verified.
Eventually, a counter on “X” showed that as many as 1.3 millions listeners tuned in (certainly not 1.3 million Donald fans).
After amateur hour finally got underway, things went from bad to worse after Trump started talking — slurring his words and rambling his way through a nothingberder interview, with two billionaires praising each other while ignoring each other at the same time.
Trump rambled on, slurring his words like a racist Daffy Duck after sucking down a helium balloon.
Elon praised Trump for his bravery during the attempt on his life last month, and Trump congratulated Musk for his willingness to fire workers demanding better conditions.
“You’re the greatest cutter,” Trump said. “I mean, I look at what you do. You walk in, you just say: ‘You want to quit?’ They go on strike – I won’t mention the name of the company – but they go on strike. And you say: ‘That’s okay, you’re all gone.'”
The Harris/Walz campaign responded to the interview, in which Donald also called Kamala “Camilla,” and said she looked beautiful on the Time magazine cover, comparing her to Melania.
