Ninth Circuit Court Of Appeals Rejects Trump Appeal To Reinstate Birthright Citizenship Executive Order
The Supreme Court is up next.
Donald Trump’s Administration has suffered yet another loss in court. Overnight, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the Trump administration’s emergency request to overturn a lower court order that blocked Donald Trump’s plan to limit birthright citizenship for children of undocumented immigrants and temporary U.S. visitors.
It was a 3-0 decision, upholding a lower court ruling from Seattle that blocked Trump’s policy nationwide. Although the 9th Circuit panel unanimously denied the Trump administration’s request, there was some difference of opinion amongst the panel of judges when it came to the reasoning behind the ruling.
Donald Trump Has Already Spent $10.7 Million Of Taxpayer Money Playing Golf
Somehow, the expense has flown under the radar of the waste, fraud and abuse experts at DOGE.
Donald Trump has already spent $10.7 million of taxpayer money to play golf since retaking the White House last month, an expense that appears to have escaped the attention of his “Department of Government Efficiency” waste, fraud and abuse hunters.
The golf-related expenses — which are likely to recur most weekends while Trump is in office — have somehow flown below the radar of Elon Musk and his “high-IQ” team, as Trump calls them, of programmers who are ransacking their way through the federal budget and labeling items they do not like or appear not to understand as “fraud.”
