Police arrested Jacob Philbeck 29, of Palm Harbor, FL for calling the 911 phone line approximately three times within a one-hour time period to say “El Chapp needed to be freed from prison and President Biden needed to be placed into prison,” according to an arrest report. Most people realize that 911 is for emergency purposes only; not to make frivolous demands or complaints like the ‘genius’ Philbeck did.
Police arrived at Philbeck’s home and asked him why he continued to call 911 stating the same thing after dispatchers asked him to stop. Philbeck again replied, “El Chapo needed to be freed” and “President Biden needed to be placed in prison.” It’s unclear what crime President Biden allegedly committed that would result in hauling him off to some Florida jail cell.
Eventually, police arrested Philbeck and charged him with misuse of wireless 911 system to report a non-emergency and non criminal matter. Philbeck’s bail was set at $100. Documents state that alcohol may have played a role in Florida Man’s nonsense.
