China retaliates and slaps another $75 Billion in new tariffs on US products

China announced it will place $75 billion dollars in new tariffs and resume 25% tariffs on US automobiles beginning September 1, 2019. The new tariffs will take place in two increments with the second round slated to go into effect on December 1, 2019.

In response to the new round of tariffs, the DOW is expected to open lower and could close today in the negative wiping out any gains made earlier this week.
