Trump setting up the blame for a possible recession

Although Trump claims the economy is doing gang busters and is the best economy ever, he took to Twitter this morning tweeting out who to blame in the event it crashes and burns.

“The Economy is strong and good, whereas the rest of the world is not doing so well. Despite this the Fake News Media, together with their Partner, the Democrat Party, are working overtime to convince people that we are in, or will soon be going into, a Recession,” Trump tweeted.

Approximately one-third of US economists believe the economy is headed towards a recession. Some cite looming debt, failed tax cuts, Tariff Wars, and global uncertainty, to name a few.

Trump, however, blames the Feds, the Democratic Party, media, and whomever he can versus the economy policies he has implemented.

Fed Chairman Jerome Powell will speak “at the Fed’s annual Jackson Hole symposium to an audience of central bankers and economists. His speech comes as the Fed and Powell are under unprecedented siege from an angry president and are also losing the confidence of fearful markets.

Just a slight exaggeration.

Who will be Trump' running mate?
