Lettuce Prey: Harry Potter books removed from Catholic School due to ‘curses and spells’

In today’s episode of Le††uce Prey, a pastor at St. Edward Catholic School in Nashville Tennessee, a pre-K through 8th grade Catholic school, says students can no longer checkout Harry Potter books from the school’s library.

After consulting with several exorcists in Rome and the U.S., Rev. Dan Reehil decided to remove the books and in an email explained:

“These books present magic as both good and evil, which is not true, but in fact a clever deception. The curses and spells used in the books are actual curses and spells; which when read by a human being risk conjuring evil spirits into the presence of the person reading the text,” the email states.
