Because of how shoddy North Dakota’s spill reporting is, and how lax federal regulations are, vested private energy interests were able to report a mere 10 gallons of spilled raw product. But an internal company memo at ONEOK, a liquids natural gas company from Oklahoma, shows an expected leak of up to 11 million gallons of “spilled condensate.”
