Hurricane Dorian blows 25 kilos of cocaine onto the Florida shore

Heavy winds and rains weren’t the only things hitting the Florida coast because of Hurricane Dorian. Bricks of cocaine also showed up on Paradise and Coco Beach.

A Police officer in Melbourne, Florida, said one package “wrapped in a way that is consistent with a kilo of illegal drug” washed up on the shore near Paradise Beach Park.

After undergoing testing, police confirmed the package contained cocaine.

A few hours before discovering this brick of cocaine, 25 kilos were discovered approximately 14 miles away on Coco Beach.
