A Greece man is facing federal charges after he allegedly threatened to kill two members of Congress.
Salvatore Lippa II, 57, is charged with threatening to assault and murder a federal official on account of the performance of their official duties, as well as interstate communication of a threat.
Federal prosecutors allege Lippa left a voicemail containing a death threat at the Washington, D.C. office of Congressman Adam Schiff on January 23.
