Tanker truck driver plows into crowd of protesters in Minneapolis, gets pulled out and beaten

In video of the incident, a large crowd on a bridge quickly parts and flees as a tanker truck barrels down at full speed on I-35, a freeway that had reportedly been closed off to car traffic.

When the driver finally comes to a stop in the middle of the road, the marchers surround the car and pull the driver out of the truck’s cab. They start punching and kicking him, video shows.

No protestors were injured.

Minnesota State Patrol  said the driver did it intensionally.

The truck driver had non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.
