- Stock market plunges for the 4th day in a row, with the DOW down 943, as the market reacts to rapidly rising COVID cases home and abroad, and the fact that no stimulus will come for quite some time.
- El Paso and Juarez, Texas are at maximum hospital and funeral home capacities. They will have to transfer patients to other cities and store the dead in other locations with large refrigerator capacity
- Some nations in Europe will start a second wave of lockdowns to combat surging Covid-19 cases and hospitalizations.
