JOHNS HOPKINS stats:
America’s rate of positive tests is now at 10.5% and climbing rapidly (4 days prior the rate was only 9.4%). Five states, plus DC, have a rate of 5% or lower, 29 states have a rate over 10%, and there is no data from Washington state.
