Some new music has been slowly dribbling out this spring, which has me looking around more on Spotify — browsing for release dates and some promising, hopeful additions to approaching patio evenings with a bluetooth speaker and a cocktail.
I don’t browse podcasts too often, but one came to my attention earlier this week, and as luck would have it, it featured an hour-long interview of one of my favorite artists interspersed with some music.
For much of my life I’ve listened to Live Bullet as an anthem of the concert experience. My brother was in Cobo Arena as Bob and the band recorded some songs for the album, so it took on special meaning to us in our teen lives. I never saw Bob in concert until just a couple of years ago, and it was one of the best concerts of my life.
