A racial slur was spray painted across the face of George Floyd on a mural in Houston on Thursday.
Someone wrote the words “N***** Lives Don’t Matter.”
The mural is located near the Third Ward in Houston where George Floyd grew up, and was created shortly after Floyd died.
Police are investigating the matter, but there were no security cameras nearby to help with the investigation.
The artist has already covered up the slurs and restored the painting.
