Trump Endorsed Senate Candidate in Pennsylvania Loses Custody Battle

Pennsylvania Senate candidate Sean Parnell has lost a custody battle for his three children after being accused of verbal and physical abuse by his estranged wife.

Parnell’s allies hoped a favorable ruling in the custody case would help to discredit the abuse allegations, which Parnell denied under oath.

Laurie Snell, the estranged wife, also said under oath that Parnell had choked her, pinned her down, screamed at her, left her on the roadside when she was pregnant with their first child, and had violently struck the children in a rage.

Trump endorsed the candidate in the Pennsylvania campaign to replace retiring Senator Pat Toomey.
