Good evening News Viewers and welcome to the weekend…a very cold, rainy, and snowing in all the weird places in CA weekend.
Yes, pretty much the whole country is experiencing some wild and wacky weather. Ice storms and power outages in Michigan, near or record breaking high temps in Florida, and rain and snow in California. Oh, we get snow–but not usually in the Los Angeles area or on the Sacramento or San Joaquin Valley floor. But, yeah, parts of CA that do not normally get snow got snow.
California’s Wild and Wacky Weather:
Here are some pics:
We didn’t get snow; we got graupel—whatever, pretty damn close. My yard was covered with it and so far, my plants are holding their own. Regardless, it’s freaking cold and I can honestly say, this is the wackiest winter I have ever experienced. Thanks, Exxon and others!
(I know—cheesy but so many people who don’t live in CA think it’s sunny 365 days out of the year—WRONG!)
“But girl, don’t they warn ya?
It pours, man, it pours.”
It sure does pour and…snow in areas not usually prone to snow.
Anyway—enjoy the rest of the weekend and stay safe.
