Good morning, News Viewers, and Happy Last Day of Spring annnnnnd…Happy National American Eagle Day. Yep, I learned something new: June 20th=National American Eagle Day. Maybe I once knew this but I I guess I did not really pay attention.
Each year on June 20th, National American Eagle Day honors our national symbol, raising awareness for protecting the Bald Eagle. The day also encourages the recovery of their natural environments while providing educational outreach.

Unfortunately, the eagle has been co-opted by the far right in this country to show the world their ‘patriotism’ when the majority of us know they’re more in the hatriot category versus patriot. Look familiar?
