After Paying Lawyers, Trump’s PAC Is Nearly Broke

Down to $4 Million at the End of June

According to new campaign finance reports filed Monday with the Federal Election Commission, TFG’s legal woes are taking a financial toll on his Political Action Committees.

Trump’s Save America PAC has spent tens of millions on legal fees alone for himself and other associates with payments to more than 40 different law firms — all in the first half of 2023.

Save America began last year with $105 million, but now has only $4 million left.

The Save America PAC has requested a $60 million refund from Trump’s Super PAC, called Make America Great Again Inc., which was intended for campaign television commercials.

MAGA Inc. has already refunded $12.25 million to Save America to cover legal fees, which is almost all of the $13.1 million MAGA Inc. had raised from donors in the first half of 2023.

Super PACs can raise unlimited money, while regular PACs have strict $5,000 donation limits.

  • Among those donors was Jared’s pardoned father Charles Kushner who donated $1 million, and $100,000 from a candidate seeking Trump’s endorsement.
  • The top donor was Patricia Duggan, Florida woman and prominent Scientologist, who donated a cool $5 million.
