Good morning, News Viewers and welcome to a day that is not Monday; Mondays give me the sadz.
So, done with holiday shopping or have you even started? Mine is easy…gift cards sent right to their phone or email so people can buy what they want or need. I get that it’s not that personal or creative but at least people can get what they want.
The personal touch will be a bunch of Italian and Greek cookies. I made all my batters, except for pizzelles, and froze them earlier this month. Next week, I will take them out, let them thaw, and start shaping and baking.
