UPDATE: GIULIANI FILES FOR BANKRUPTCY, Hawks Supplements as Judge Orders Him to Cough Up $148 Million

Rudy Giuliani has filed for Chapter 11 Bankrupty.

From Reuters:

Aside from the former election workers, Giuliani also listed President Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, and Smartmatic USA as creditors.

Hunter Biden in September sued Giuliani for violating his privacy over data allegedly taken from his laptop. Smartmatic has sued the former New York mayor and other Trump allies for claiming the company’s voting machines flipped votes from Trump to Democrat Biden.

Judge Beryl A. Howell, in a 13-page ruling Wednesday, sided with election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss by nixing a 30-day waiting period before seeking enforcement of the $148 million financial judgement against America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani.

The judge noted that Giuliani might “conceal his assets” if he were given more time based on an “ample record in this case of Giuliani’s efforts to conceal or hide his assets.”

With his legal and financial woes mounting quickly, Giuliani went straight to his podcast — his only source of income — to continue defending Trump and doubling down on MAGA talking points.

On his podcast, America’s Mayor Live, Giuliani is a paid sponsor of Balance of Nature supplements.

Giuliani, apparently getting into the holiday spirit(s), was hawking Balance of Nature supplements and urging his followers not only to take the supplements every day but also to use the empty bottles to decorate their Christmas trees.

Warning: Balance of Nature has been the subject of several warnings from the FDA over “the company’s claims that its products could be used to diagnose, cure, mitigate, treat, or prevent diseases such as cancer, heart disease, cirrhosis, diabetes, asthma, and COVID-19.”
