Ashli Babbitt’s Family Doesn’t Believe it was a ‘Good Shoot;’ Files Wrongful Death Suit Against US Government

Play stupid games; win stupid prizes and that is exactly what Ashlie Babbit did on January 6, 2021, or….she fucked around and found out but cannot tell us about it.

Insurrectionist Ashli Babbitt thought it would be great idea to storm the Capitol Building three years ago today only thing is, she didn’t live long enough to tell us about it. Now, her family has filed a wrongful death suit against the U.S. government.

The family of Ashli Babbitt, the San Diego woman who was shot and killed during the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol breach, filed a $30 million wrongful-death lawsuit Friday in San Diego federal court against the U.S. government.

The lawsuit alleges Babbitt, a 35-year-old Air Force veteran, was ‘ambushed’’ by the U.S. Capitol Police officer who shot her without “any warnings or commands.’’

Babbitt was climbing through the broken window of a barricaded door to the Speaker’s Lobby when she was shot. The Department of Justice did not pursue criminal charges against Lt. Michael Byrd, the officer who shot her, while U.S. Capitol police said he would not face internal discipline.

And Nothing of Value was Lost:

‘She was deep into it’: Ashli Babbitt, killed in Capitol riot, was devoted conspiracy theorist

In late December, the incoming vice-president, Kamala Harris, tweeted about her plans for the first hundred days of the Biden administration. She promised “to ensure Americans mask up, distribute 100M shots, and get students safely back to school”.

Among the thousands of responses was an angry tweet from a 35-year-old air force veteran in San Diego.

“No the fuck you will not!” Ashli Babbitt replied to Harris. “No masks, no you, no Biden the kid raper, no vaccines…sit your fraudulent ass down…we the ppl bitch!”

Who will be Trump' running mate?
