Fani Willis Disqualification Hearing Concludes
Terrence Bradley testified today.
A hearing in Fulton County, Georgia was held today in Trump’s RICO case because Judge Scott McAfee ruled that there was no attorney-client privilege regarding Fulton prosecutor Nathan Wade and his former law partner Terrence Bradley. The judge ruled that any information Bradley may have about a romantic relationship between Wade and Fulton DA Fani Willis that came from his conversations with Wade was not covered by attorney-client privilege, so Bradley was recalled to the stand to answer questions about that.
