On Thursday, Argentine President Javier Milei presented the unelected co-(r)president, Elon Musk, with a chainsaw at CPAC. Of course, the KKKult went wild because Elmo, dressed like a wannabe, white gangsta, showed them how he will take a chainsaw to bureaucracy. He also told the KKKult that he is open to auditing the Federal Reserve and accused the Democratic Party of “treason.”
Elmo also slammed the Biden administration for its immigration policies, specifically naming an app that nearly 1 million people used that allowed them into the U.S. on two-year permits with eligibility to work. He accused Biden and the Democratic Party of doing that as an “investment” to get more support in swing states.
“A lot of people don’t quite appreciate that this was an actual real scam at scale to tilt the scales of democracy in America,” Musk said before Newsmax host Rob Schmitt asked him, “Treason?”
Musk responded, “Treason.”
DOJ Sends Letter to Democratic Lawmaker Over Elon Musk Criticism
Representative Robert Garcia, a California Democrat, said a United States attorney part of the Department of Justice (DOJ) sent him a letter asking for clarification on his comments about Elon Musk.
Newsweek reached out to the DOJ and a spokesperson for Garcia for comment via email.
Why It Matters
The letter raised concerns about Garcia’s comments on CNN earlier in February, when he said, “What the American public wants is for us to bring actual weapons to this bar fight.”
Garcia, in a press release, described the letter as “part of an effort to silence individuals willing to oppose Elon Musk and Donald Trump‘s dangerous overreach.” Critics said Garcia’s comments were figurative and viewed the letter as an attempt to stifle criticism.
