Good evening, News Viewers and Happy Saturday Night.
I planned to post some music history but all the weeding I did today has me worn out. But, I did find that on this day in 1976, The Rolling Stones released their hit album, Sticky Fingers., which included “Brown Sugar,” “Wild Horses” and “Can’t You Hear Me Knocking?” It was their first album released on their own label, Rolling Stones Records.
Also on this date in 2005, the very popular and informative video channel, YouTube launched. Google tried to compete with it but was not successful. So, the very next year, Google purchased it.
Anyhoo—enjoy the rest of the weekend and stay safe!
