Polls just closed in North Carolina and we’re bringing you the election results.
The 9th District is heavily Republican. Both Trump and Romney won the district by 11 points. But the race between Democrat Dan McCready and Republican Dan Bishop will likely be a close one.
North Carolina also has a special election between Allen Thomas (D) and Greg Murphy (R).
