Jessica Bernice Kropp, 38, was arrested after she was pulled over in the town of Flippin, Arkansas, wearing a bag of meth as a hair-bow. The arresting officer spotted her Dodge Neon with an expired registration. After initially refusing to pull over, the woman claimed her license was suspended, had no insurance, and was borrowing the car. The officer subsequently found she had five warrants for arrest, and ordered her out of the car. That’s when he noticed a small ziplock baggie in her hair that appeared to be meth.
“I said ‘Are you serious?’ She said ‘What,’ I said ‘You have a bow in your hair made from a bag of meth,'” Looney wrote in the arrest report. “She said ‘(expletive deleted), ‘I didn’t know that was there, someone else put that there and I didn’t know what it was.'”
