Intelligence Officials Sit Down With Senators and Aides to Explain

Intelligence officials have briefed Senators and their aides that the Russians are behind trying to pin 2016 election meddling on Ukraine. As part of a defense strategy, Republicans tried to pin election hacking on the government of Ukraine. This is what Fiona Hill explained in her testimony when she called it “a fictional narrative that has been perpetrated and propagated by the Russian security services themselves.”
