Trump’s campaign manager Brad Parscale tweeted a great photo of Air Force One at the Daytona 500, but it turned out to be a 2004 photo of George W. Bush’s visit to the NASCAR race.
The tweet showed Air Force One behind packed stands and was captioned, “.@realDonaldTrump won the #Daytona500 before the race even started.”
The tweet stayed online for about 3 hours on Sunday gathering retweets and likes before it was deleted. Parscale replaced the photo with something less dramatic, one that showed the jet circling the stands at the speedway, with significantly fewer fans in attendance.
