Good morning, News Viewers, and Happy Thanksgiving or whatever you celebrate. We’re not doing much today but will have a bunch of people over on Saturday. I was just going to make a seafood paella but the sons and husband asked me to roast a turkey, no traditional sides, and bake off a ham. Good grief! because paella, cesare salad, and homemade focaccia and ciabatta just wasn’t enough. The only traditional side I made was cranberries because I’m making a cranberry cheesecake for dessert and my youngest son is making some brie and cranberry appetizer, among other apps.
So, whatever you do today, be safe and enjoy!
