New York Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Monday disclosed her experience hiding in the Capitol during the seige on January 6, and revealed that she is a survivor of sexual assault.
She spoke in an Instagram Live appearance and walked viewers through details of the violence, and expressed how she feared for her life, becoming emotional.
